I joined the company in 1987, and have ran a large number of car and bike franchises under Stratstone. It has been interesting taking on the role within Birmingham, getting to know the different customer base, and meeting the HOG chapter members. I started riding at eleven years of age and I spent a few years club racing 600's.
The favourite bike I have owned has to be the Suzuki GT750 flying kettle and my favourite Harley-Davidson model would have to be the Super Glide! We always hope you feel welcome here at the Birmingham Dealership and want you, the customer, to be satisfied with your Harley-Davidson experience.
My passion for motorcycles started from an early age when my father built me a 50cc mini moto when I was just about tall enough to climb on it. It was put together from parts off so many different bikes and this was my starting point for a love of custom bikes and making something truly individual. All of my bikes since have always had my own spin on them and it’s fair to say my Dyna Street Bob didn’t stay stock for very long.
When an opportunity opened up as Parts Advisor here at Harley Birmingham in 2011 I jumped at it and never looked back. From there I moved on to Service Advisor followed by Sales Executive and I’m so excited to now be Aftersales Leader. Be it a service, those custom parts you desire or a new HD jacket to look the part, we’re here to make your dream a reality.
There is no better brand to be involved in than Harley-Davidson. I love it.
I joined Stratstone in August 2014, having bought my bike from the dealership the year before. Loving Harleys and custom bikes, I naturally wanted to join the team and start working alongside these guys and the customers.
I joined the team as a Parts Advisor, which was my first role within the motor industry. Coming from a mountaineering background, I've had a lot to learn, and have enjoyed picking up the knowledge of the Harley products. I have been into bikes since I knew what one was, so I have loved getting more into the trade. I currently own a Sportster which is slowly turning into the old-school bobber style that I love!
I am now working here as a Sales Executive, so I'm here to help you either start your Harley Journey, or to help continue the ride!
I bought my first Harley-Davidson back in the 80s and have owned a lot of different models over the years. After buying a Fat Boy and a Heritage from Birmingham Harley-Davidson I then joined the team and worked at the dealership for three years until 2008 and now after eight years away, I'm back!
I enjoy long distance riding around the UK, Europe and the USA and I'm here to help you buy your next bike or your first one!
I joined the company in 2013, and transferred from one of our sister dealerships, to work for Harley-Davidson as a Sales Merchandiser. I have really enjoyed working with the brand, running the merchandise department for two and a half years. The best part of the job was helping you guys really get the full Harley Experience, getting you geared up ready for the adventures on your new pride and joy!
I have now moved on to work alongside the sales team as the Sales Administrator, developing my knowledge and involvement with the bikes. i am absolutely loving it, and I am so pleased to continue to be a part of the Harley Family.
I've not long started working for Harley Davidson and this is my first role within Pendragon. I have previous experience working in the motor industry and other similar roles. I'm really excited to be part of the group and intend to use my previous knowledge and experience in my Service Supervisor role as well as learning new things along the way too. I like all Harleys but I do have a soft spot for a Pro Street Breakout and custom chops!
For any of your servicing or technical and mechanical issues, I am the man to come speak to and we’ll get any issues resolved for you!
I have recenty joined the Harley gang here as the Parts Advisor. I've always loved bikes since I was young, so I'm excited to be a part of the team. I started riding off road bikes from the age of 13, and have now been riding for over 7 years. I also currently build and restore my own bikes in my spare time and have a sweet soft spot for classic two stroke motorcycles! The ideal bike for me would either be the new Roadster or a XL883 Iron!
If you want to accessorise your bike and personalise it to make it individual, that's where I come in.
I joined the Harley family in 2016 as Sales Merchandiser and I currently run the merchandise department. I have experience in the fashion industry working with luxury fashion brands, mainly on technical clothing, performance weatherwear and classic wax jackets in technical design and fashion marketing positions. I also owned an online fashion business, manufacturing all the products myself, and I still dabble in a bit of sewing now and then! After working in recent years with vintage style ladieswear, I wanted to return to practical clothing and was so excited to see a position come up at Harley! Alongside fashion, I love education and I’m a qualified fashion teacher.
Working at Harley is doing what you love but as a real life job, the biker gear is cool, the customers are badass and so are the bikes. I’m completing my CBT this month and plan to take my full test within the next two years and would love to one day own a Harley!
I first got the bug for bikes at six years of age, riding a friends little 50cc auto. I then rode Motocross bikes through my teens. My first road bike at age sixteen was a Suzuki TS50x, which I thoroughly enjoyed! I passed my test at seventeen, since then I've rode most bikes available from superbikes to tourers.
I previously worked fifteen years as a full time motorcycle instructor, and what a great time I had, a true vocation.
I had my first Harley in 2008; a sportster 1200 roadster which I still have the pleasure of owning. The shakes and sounds make every ride a real occasion (wicked fun). Working as a Driver for Harley is a real thrill for me and I can't wait to meet you folks. See you soon!
I've been a Master Technician for Harley-Davidson for over ten years now, and there is not much I don't know about these great machines! My first bike experience of Harley was as a twelve year old pillion on a Harley in USA down the Daytona Drag Strip. The trip was made special by all the Harley riders over there and I had the bug!
My favourite Harley is the Fat Boy, I think it's a real character of a bike that turns heads whenever I ride them and the handling is just amazing!
I have recently started working for Harley, and this is my first role within Pendragon. I am thrilled to be working on Harleys as I am extremely passionate about the brand. I have a Level 3 Motorcycle Maintenance & Repair Qualification, and I love that I can now gain more experience and knowledge here at Harley!
I started working for Harley-Davidson as an Apprentice Technician in february this year. I am in my element working on the bikes and I'm gaining so much experience and knowledge! I got my CBT license this year so I am looking forward to going on trips. I especially want to travel Europe! My ultimate favourite bike is a Sportster 48 with ape hanger bars!
I am really excited to be enrolling at a college in the near future to study motocycle repair, to recieve continuous specialised training alongside working in my dream job!
I am originally from Poland, I came to live in England in 2013 and started to work here at Harley Birmingham that same year! I am in charge of valeting and maintaining the quality finish of your bike, keeping them looking brand new!
I love working here, so I always do what I can to help out! I'm currently not a rider but I would definitely own a Forty-Eight, they are a beautiful bike and I feel like it’s a comfortable fit for me! When you come to visit us at the dealership, I'll always make sure that your Harley is pristine, and ready to ride!
